For the second year in a row, CharitySignings.com is proud to team up with and hold an auction to benefit the Community Refuge Education & Recreation Center.  All of the proceeds from the auction will go directly to CRERC. 

The Community Refuge Education and Recreation Center provides programs and services to enrich, empower and educate youth in Central New Jersey.  This fund-raising auction provides scholarship money and supports development and implementation of programs to enhance skills, build self-esteem, and increase overall productivity of students.  CRERC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization therefore costs to purchase auction items are tax-deductible.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
 
-By bidding for any lot you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- When you place a bid you thereby enter a contractually binding obligation, to complete the transaction if you are the winning bidder of that lot. The 'winning bidder' is the person certified to be the highest bidder by the auction platform (Ebay) at the end of the auction, provided that their bid meets the reserve. Any under-bidder may be awarded the lot following the failure for any reason of a higher bid.

-Payment forms accepted include PayPal, Money Order, or Personal Check
and is due within 10 days of the closing invoice

-PayPal payments only accepted from buyer's with a "Confirmed Address"

-Items paid by personal check could be delayed up to 10 days.  Item will not be shipped until payment clears.

-Multiple items won by one bidder can be combined for discounted S/H cost

-All individual data will be treated in accordance with the CharitySignings.com Privacy Policy
