How much of the money raised for the year is donated towards the featured charity?
 
The amount of each donation can vary. Following each year, a donation will be made to THON, in the name of CharitySignings.com. This donation will be based on our total memorabilia sales.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
 
Unfortunately no, your purchases are not tax-deductable.  At this time CharitySignings.com is not a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization.  If at any time you wish to make a donation directly towards one of our featured charities, please feel free to contact us or visit the links found on the CharitySignings.com homepage. 
How do you go about obtaining the autographs you have for sale?
 
Throughout the year, CharitySignings.com holds a number of autograph signings and also provides pieces from some of the finest memorabilia companies in the hobby.  (Steiner, Upper Deck Authenticated, etc)  In addition to our "signings" with specific atheletes, we also travel to obtain signatures from various individuals throughout the year and also obtain autographs directly from many athletes/coaches/teams/etc.
Are your autographs/memorabilia guaranteed authentic? 
 
Yes, every item we sell is guaranteed authentic with a full money back guarantee.  Each individual that we hold a signing with informs us that they will personally sign each item we have for them.  All of our memorabilia comes complete with a CharitySignings.com sticker with serial number and a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) signed by CharitySignings.com's owner, James B Gray III, with a matching serial number. 
How do you go about choosing who to hold signings with?
 
CharitySignings.com has compiled a list of athletes/coaches/etc. that we plan on contacting to gauge their interest on holding an autograph signing.  In addition, various individuals have contacted us with interest in donating their time.
Does CharitySignings.com accept "Best Offers" anymore?

With our move to a new store platform, the best offer feature is no longer available on the item pages. If you are interested in any CharitySignings item, but do not feel the price is fair, please feel free to email us... info@charitysignings.com and maybe we can work out a deal!

 
What shipping services do you use & what payment forms do you accept?
 
We use the United States Postal Service or UPS, depending on the item being sent.  More information about shipping can be found in the item's description.
 
Payment forms accepted include Personal Checks/Money Orders (Made out to: CharitySignings.com), PayPal, or Google Checkoutl.  Most major credit cards are accepted through PayPal and Google Checkout.
